• Most “social” residence, especially good for first-years for this reason
• Each floor has a Don
• First floor and basement (First Base) is Arts and Culture Living-Learning Community

  • Typically enough facilities to service half of the floor at once

  • Common kitchen for the floor
  • Students are responsible for cleaning the kitchen after use

  • One per floor
  • Couches, chairs, table, TV, DVD player, VCR, many with a piano as well
  • Social centre of the floor for movie screenings, games nights, and other social events
